Timothy Paul Jones

Timothy Paul Jones has authored, coauthored, or edited more than a dozen books, including Conspiracies and the Cross, Misquoting Truth, Christian History Made Easy, and the CBA bestseller The Da Vinci Codebreaker. After fourteen years in vocational ministry, including eight years at First Baptist Church of Rolling Hills in the Tulsa metropolitan area, Timothy now serves as Assistant Professor of Leadership and Church Ministry at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. In addition receiving the Bachelor of Arts in biblical studies from Manhattan Christian College and the Master of Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Timothy has earned the Doctor of Philosophy from Southern Seminary. His academic research has earned the Scholastic Recognition Award from the North American Professors of Christian Education as well as the Baker Book House Award for theological studies. Timothy, his wife Rayann, and their daughter Hannah reside in the city of St. Matthews in Louisville, Kentucky.
