Church Resource Ministries Refocusing Project - CRM explains that it is "More than training, refocusing seeks to create safe-place learning communities that develop authentic missional leaders with the capacity and spiritual authority to lead their churches through change and into the harvest." They take participants through a two year process to help focus them and then their churches.
New Church Specialties - This site provides an outlined process for “ReFocusing” a church. It also includes several testimonies of success stories. Still a work in progress, NCS explains, “What we are discovering in our learning about ReFocusing is that the effective ReFocusing of a local church requires several key things.”
New Life Ministries - New Life Ministries mission is to “help leaders/congregations become spiritually alive and evangelistically effective by multiplying the number of persons turning to Jesus Christ.” This side provides many resources and articles about church growth and revitalizing.
Embers to a Flame - Embers to a Flame is a four day conference designed to implement revitalization in churches. They state, “Church revitalization is the sovereign work of God's Spirit whereby He restores His people to spiritual and functional vitality that inevitably leads to statistical growth in conversions and Scriptural discipleship for His own glory and our own good.”
Leading-turnaround.org - Seminars are scheduled throughout the world to help leaders turn around a plateaued or declining church to growth and vitality.
