Romantic Times says SHADE gives readers “the ride of their lives”
Romantic Times gives John B. Olson’s supernatural thriller Shade four-and-a-half out of five stars, saying “readers will be taken on the ride of their lives in this hang-onto-the-bar thriller. Olson’s writing and ability to blend reality and fantasy will have them clamoring for more.
“Hailey Maniates was just saved by a homeless man–or was she? She’s not sure if it really happened or if it was just in her head. Doctors believe she’s suffering from paranoid schizophrenia and start treatment.
“Melchi is trying to keep Hailey and himself safe from a monster that’s after them. When Hailey starts having doubts about his intentions, he will have to do everything in his power to prevail, or all is lost.”
