RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a feed that updates you when new content is posted on a website. Its saves you time by retrieving web content for you, instead of you visiting the website. See Wikipedia for a detailed description.

How do I set-up an RSS feed for myself?

You will need to download an RSS Reader. Your RSS Reader is the software tool that retrieves the content via the RSS feed. There are many RSS Readers available and browsers like Firefox have RSS Readers already installed. Learn more about RSS Readers on Wikipedia.

Which Subscribe option is best for me?

It depends on your situation. If you are already an iTunes and/or iPod user, choose that option. If you visit a lot of different websites, download a free RSS Reader, and subscribe to our RSS feed. If you travel, or work behind a company firewall you might benefit from a web-based video aggregator like Mefeedia. Finally, I set up a YouTube channel that you can subscribe to, you just need a YouTube account.

How often do you post a new episode?

I post one new episode per week.
