About the Author

Pamela Binnings Ewen is a retired partner with the international law firm of BakerBotts L.L.P. She practiced law for 25 years in Houston and now lives outside New Orleans in Mandeville, Louisiana, where she writes. She has served on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement in Houston, and Inprint, Inc., a non-profit organization supporting the literary arts in Houston, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Pirate's Alley Faulkner Society in New Orleans. Pamela is also the author of Faith On Trial (Broadman & Holman, 1999), a novel titled Walk Back The Cat (Broadman & Holman, 2007), and a new novel, The Moon in the Mango Tree, to be released by B&H Publishing Group, formerly Broadman & Holman, in May '08). She also appears in the film Jesus: Fact or Fiction, produced by Campus Crusade for Christ. Pamela is a member of the National League of American Pen Women.
