Greetings from B&H! Fall is such a nice time for reading fiction. The days are shorter and cooler, and the Thanksgiving holiday might give you a nice extended weekend, so there's more time to chill out and get lost in a great story. Let's do that now, shall we?
Chuck Norris Fact: He Writes Page-Turning Fiction

It's a fact: action hero Chuck Norris writes fiction now. His first Western novel, The Justice Riders, is newly available in paperback, and AmericanCompass.com calls it "a book in the great tradition of Zane Grey and Louis L'Amour."

Where the Civil War ends, the Old West begins. When General William T. Sherman commissions Ezra Justice to form a secret band of cavaliers to help end the war between North and South, his order may someday change the West as well.

The Justice Riders is a great book for guys and all fans of Chuck's "Walker, Texas Ranger" TV show. Read an excerpt here.
Embrace Autumn; Read A FALL TOGETHER

A Fall Together, book one in actress Jennifer O'Neill's new fiction series for women, CIRCLE OF FRIENDS, JUST OFF MAIN, is quickly being noticed in the national media for its unflinching portrayal of real life, with its greatest hurts and grandest dreams.

When seven vastly different women meet at the same spiritual crossroads in a small Southern town, they start to face personal issues together, even though so much around them is falling apart.

It's a great movie just waiting to happen. Learn more here.
Holiday Heartwarmer: THE ANGEL OF BASTOGNE

In the tradition of It's a Wonderful Life and John Grisham's Skipping Christmas, a recent novel by Gilbert Morris, The Angel of Bastogne, discovers the true heart of the holidays.

Chicago reporter Ben Raines is a cynic trying to bypass December 25th. But his plan to escape on an overseas vacation is foiled when he's assigned to write a big front-page holiday story. With a humbug twist, Ben decides to write a piece that will debunk a World War II legend involving his father.

Willy Raines fought in the Battle of the Bulge at Bastogne on Christmas Day in 1944, and, to Ben's embarrassment, believes a real angel saved his life on the battlefield. Ben travels cross-country to find other veterans who witnessed the angel, sure to return empty-handed.  Instead, he comes home with a heart that is overflowing. Read chapter one from The Angel of Bastogne here.
