B&H Publishing Welcomes Katy Boatman As Marketing Strategist for Women’s Trade Books
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – (October 2, 2015) B&H Publishing announces today the hiring of Katy Boatman as its Marketing Strategist for Women’s Trade Books. Boatman begins her new role this month.

A graduate of Georgia College, with a B.A. in Rhetoric, Boatman has served in marketing and sales roles at HarperCollins Christian Publishing since 2009, winning a peer-nominated STAR Award in 2014. Over the last three years, Katy helped lead marketing campaigns for Nelson Books, including many high-profile New York Times best-sellers such as Jesus Is ____ by Judah Smith, Jesus > Religion by Jefferson Bethke, Happy Wives Club by Fawn Weaver, I’ve Never Been to Vegas, But My Luggage Has by Mandy Hale, The Best Yes by Lysa TerKeurst, and For the Right Reasons by Sean Lowe.
Katy led the marketing for the 2015 release, For the Love, a current New York Times best-seller.

Boatman will be overseeing all marketing for key B&H Publishing trade book authors such as Lauren Chandler, Annie Downs, Sophie Hudson, and Priscilla Shirer. In addition, she will be an integral part of the marketing campaign for resources by She Reads Truth. She brings extensive experience and a track record of social media innovation to these and other author brands.
