NASHVILLE, Tenn. –  (August 10, 2015) — Dr. Russell Moore has reached as many as 43 million Americans during the course of promotional efforts for his new book, “Onward: Engaging the Culture without Losing the Gospel,” B&H Publishing Group announced today.
