The Broadman Gluten Free Communion Bread enables the church to supply an alternative for those who have a food allergy or are sensitive to gluten. Each package contains approximately 200 square pieces of bread with resealable bag. Ingredients:Gluten Free Flour Blend (Garbanzo Bean Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Whole Grain Sweet White Sorghum Flour, Fava Bean Flour), Water. The bread measures 1/2" x 1/2" square.
