Encouraging your kids to keep reading during the summer can be challenging. We’re all about helping foster a love of reading in your kids and helping them understand the journey that awaits them as they dive into God’s Word. Along with our friends at Lifeway Christian Stores, we invite you to join Lifeway’s Summer R.E.A.D. Program for Kids! We know that God reveals Himself in Scripture, and as you explore His Word, you’ll be amazed and discover more of Him.

The Challenge

Read six books and memorize six Scripture verses over the course of the summer, from June 1 through August 31. When your kids complete their journey, head back to your local Lifeway Christian Store to pick up a free book and new free Bible!

The Tools You’ll Need

Help your kids keep track of their reading journey in their free R.E.A.D. Journal. Any serious reader knows that you also need an awesome bookmark for the journey ahead–good thing we’ve got you covered there too with another free download! You’ll also want to grab a Bible, a pen or pencil, and some crayons or coloring pencils.

Why let the reading adventure end so soon? Keep it going with a free book for all the hard work your kids have done this summer. Just bring your completed R.E.A.D. Journal into your local Lifeway store, and take it up to the register to redeem your prize. Choose from one of the six books listed below plus receive a free Bible, while supplies last. Be sure to come in by Aug. 31, 2016, to return your journal and receive your prizes.
